Next employees outline the hazards associated with each step of the task
Finally employees reference Standard Operating Procedures, Formal Safety Policies, and Industry best practice to safely accomplish the task.
If the job can not be completed safely employees utilize Stop Work Authority until a safe plan can be developed.
