Meet the Team

Dan Wallick, President

Dan Wallick joined our team in April of 2015, first working in operations, where he learned about the full range of engineering, technical, environmental, and data-management services in our offering. His success across multiple roles in the organization, his understanding of the company’s passion for excellence, and his continual drive to grow with the team led to his inevitable promotion to Director of HR/Payroll.

Dan has had an extensive range of hands-on experience with performance management, onboarding, recruiting, human resources compliance audits, handbook development, benefit administration, job analysis, payroll, and compensation design.

Prior to joining our firm Dan worked in Hotel and Resort Management for Fairmont Pittsburgh and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. His experiences with hospitality, service, and back-office support–all demanding a true understanding of customer care–were the perfect catalyst for a smooth transition to leadership at Dynamix.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University.

Holly Thomas

Holly Thomas, Advisor

Holly Thomas joined us as Vice President of Operations in July 2022. Holly is an Innovative business leader with experience in leading, building, and improving operational business units and teams to increase efficiency, revenue, and profit. She has a proven track record in defining, sourcing, and implementing company-wide strategic solutions.

Holly comes to us from the Light Industrial & Construction industries where she served as VP of Operations. She has an Inclusive leadership style that energizes and motivates teams to win.

Her charge at Dynamix is to evaluate existing operations and implement strategic initiatives to develop efficient processes, improve profitability, and increase employee retention.

Holly Thomas

Dave Reynolds, Business Development/Project Advisor

David Reynolds brings decades of experience in natural gas storage, production, and field operations to Dynamix. His career began after studying at Capital University and Kent State University, where he developed a strong technical foundation that shaped his work across the energy and industrial sectors.

David started his career as a shop and traveling mechanic for an agricultural and industrial machinery dealer while also managing his own construction and farming projects. He later joined Columbia Gas Transmission, where he advanced through multiple technical and leadership roles—from gas plant operations and maintenance to becoming a specialist in gas well operations, construction, and maintenance.

Over the years, David developed deep expertise in well servicing, troubleshooting, and field project execution, including drilling, completions, workovers, and environmental compliance. His hands-on leadership and technical insight have supported projects across Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and West Virginia. He also contributed to workforce development by helping design and teach in-house technical training programs.

Since 2017, David has been a valued member of the Dynamix team, where his focus remains on understanding customer needs, delivering professional and cost-effective solutions, and building long-term, trust-based partnerships.

Outside of work, David and his wife, Oriana, live on a small farm near Columbiana, Ohio. They enjoy spending time with their four children, thirteen grandchildren, and growing family, as well as staying active in their church and community.
