Meet the team of Dynamix: Brian Chastain, President
12 Years Industry Experience
Brian Chastain joined us as President in March 2020. Brian’s widely diverse experience includes operations and logistics management, field operations, business development, and direct sales with major oilfield services companies across the United States. He came to us from WWESCO USA Corporation, where he served as Northern US Operations manager.
Brian previously served in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of his career at Schlumberger, Cased-Hole Solutions, C&J Energy and KLX Energy Services. His charge at Dynamix includes developing and directing a full range of one-contact turnkey services for the broader energy industry, including engineering, field services, compliance and environmental planning, and smart data management.
Meet the team of Dynamix: Ken Keeler, CFO
Ken Keeler joined us as CFO in April 2022. Ken offers deep knowledge and wisdom gained through decades of operational, banking, M&A, and CFO experience scaling teams and process in growth companies. Ken comes to us from Pinpoint Technologies where he recently served as CFO. Ken has also been CFO at other growing technology companies including Surgere, Inc. and Keyfactor.
Early in his career, Ken started his 22-year banking journey with Keybank in Cleveland and eventually was responsible for the growth and credit supervision of a $1.5 billion leveraged loan portfolio in the media and telecom industries. .
Ken’s charge at Dynamix is to build and develop the administrative/finance team and processes and to drive and execute on the strategic initiatives of the company.
Meet the team of Dynamix: Holly Thomas, Vice President of Operations
Holly Thomas joined us as Vice President of Operations in July 2022. Holly is an Innovative business leader with experience in leading, building and improving operational business units and teams to increase efficiency, revenue, and profit. She has a proven track record in defining, sourcing, and implementing company-wide strategic solutions.
Holly comes to us from the Light Industrial & Construction industries where she served as VP of Operations. She has an Inclusive leadership style that energizes and motivates teams to win.
Her charge at Dynamix is to evaluate existing operations and implement strategic initiatives to develop efficient processes, improve profitability, and increase employee retention.
Meet the team of Dynamix: Dan Wallick, Director of HR/Payroll
7 Years Industry Experience
Dan Wallick joined our team in April of 2015, first working in operations, where he learned about the full range of engineering, technical, environmental, and data-management services in our offering. His success across multiple roles in the organization, his understanding of the company’s passion for excellence, and his continual drive to grow with the team led to his inevitable promotion to Director of HR/Payroll.
Dan has had an extensive range of hands-on experience with performance management, onboarding, recruiting, human resources compliance audits, handbook development, benefit administration, job analysis, payroll, and compensation design.
Prior to joining our firm Dan worked in Hotel and Resort Management for Fairmont Pittsburgh and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. His experiences with hospitality, service, and back-office support–all demanding a true understanding of customer care–were the perfect catalyst for a smooth transition to leadership at Dynamix.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University and is currently working toward final SHRM certification.
